Why work with a dual qualified practitioner?

Autism informed, strength based, human approach

I work with clients who have recently been diagnosed, are exploring identity, or simply want support that understands neurodivergence.

 

You do not need a diagnosis to seek help. My approach is non judgemental, respectful and focused on what helps you thrive.

Who I work with

I work with senior leaders and professionals, individuals experiencing burnout or navigating life transitions, and people who are exploring or adjusting to an autism diagnosis.

 

My clients are often feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and are looking for confidential support outside of their workplace. They want space to understand themselves more deeply and to move through patterns that are no longer serving them, at a pace that feels safe and respectful.

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching offers focused support for clarity, confidence and growth, whether that shows up in your work or your wider sense of self, particularly during periods of pressure or change.

  • Understand why you respond the way you do in certain situations

Coaching sessions are usually monthly and last around 90 minutes. Prices start from £75

Therapy

Therapy provides a confidential and supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. 

  • You set the agenda

  • There is no judgement or diagnosis

  • I listen actively and with empathy

  • We explore your inner world with curiosity

  • You are not pushed beyond what feels safe

  • We focus on your lived experience and what it means for you

Sessions are usually weekly and last 50 minutes. Prices start from £50
